Darts Around The World
My name is David Hascup. I live in Laurence Harbor, NJ. I am 35 years old and have been married to Michelle (Murcko) Hascup since 2005. On December 24, 2006, Michelle and I had our greatest Christmas present you could ever ask for — our baby boy Justin was born.
As a profession, I am a Senior Programmer (iSeries) for an officially licensed sports manufacturer. I have worked for my current company since September 1999 — the same year I started playing darts, in August 1999.
I serve as the ADO Communications Director and USA Dart Club President. I have been the ADO webmaster since December 2005, overseeing the online presence of the American Darts Organization at www.usadarts.com.

David Hascup's journey into the world of darts began in 1999, the same year he started his career as a programmer. Over the years, his passion for the sport has driven him to take on significant leadership roles within the American darts community. As the Communications Director for the American Darts Organization and President of the USA Dart Club, he works tirelessly to promote the sport across the country. His technical background has proven invaluable as well, serving as the ADO webmaster since 2005, where he helps keep the darting community connected and informed. Balancing his professional life with family responsibilities, David credits his wife Michelle and their son Justin as his greatest supporters.
The darts community thrives on the dedication of individuals who give their time behind the scenes, and David Hascup exemplifies this spirit. His work with the ADO and USA Dart Club helps organize events, communicate news, and grow interest in the sport from local leagues to national competitions. Through his technical expertise, he ensures that players and fans have access to up-to-date information and resources. His story reflects the broader mission of connecting dart enthusiasts across different regions, much like the podcast episodes and news features highlighted on this site. It is this kind of commitment that keeps the sport vibrant and continues to draw new players to the oche.
